Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a fantastic way to provide the freshest food possible to your family. It operates like a subscription, where you can subscribe to fresh products straight from farmers! That way you can know exactly where your food is coming from, and make sure it's as fresh as can be.

 

Windy City Hills Ranch and Gardner Grove Family Farms are proud and excited to offer a CSA program, which combines pasture fresh meat with harvest fresh produce. We are farmers excited to share the fruit of our labor with you!

Email windycityhills@gmail.com and tell us which program you would like to sign up for and how you would like to pay. If paying electronically, we will send you a payment request via PayPal and once paid you will be all set! If you have questions, call (773) 544-6151.

 

CSA MEAT PROGRAM

 

Our promise to you, the customer: our product is raised on our ranch; our cows are grass-fed and grass-finished, free of antibiotics and growth hormones. Meat is high in protein and low in fat.

 

This program is for 6 months with possibility of extension.

 

Meat program consists of beef, chicken, pork, and turkey or lamb if available.

1. FULL SHARE - 20LB of meat per month (good for 4 people)
   $1,340.00
   Pickup or delivery once or twice a month ($10.00 extra per delivery)
    

   • 12LB of beef  (Ground steak, Fajita steak, stew meat, roast, NY steak or rib eye steak)

   • 4-5LB of chicken - parts or whole

   • 2-4LB of pork (sausage, pork chops, roast)

   • 4 cartons (12 in each) of eggs
     
      

2. HALF SHARE - 10LB of meat per month (good for 2 people)
   $695.00
   Pickup or delivery once a month ($10.00 extra per delivery)
    

   • 6LB of beef  (Ground steak, Fajita steak, stew meat, roast, NY steak or rib eye steak)

   • 2-3LB of chicken - parts or whole

   • 1-2LB of pork (sausage, pork chops, roast)

   • 2 cartons of eggs (12 eggs each)
      

3. QUARTER SHARE - 5LB of meat per month (good for 1)
   $360.00
   Pickup or delivery once a month ($10.00 extra per delivery)
    

   • 3LB of beef  (Ground steak, Fajita steak, stew meat, roast, NY steak or rib eye steak)

   • 2LB of chicken or pork

   • 1 carton of eggs (12 eggs)
     
      

Payment Options

 

• You may pay in installments (no more than 3 please)

• 6% discount if you pay in full with a check

• Credit Card payment upcharge 3% 

                                                            

 

CSA PRODUCE PROGRAM

 

This program is provided and supported by the Gardner Grove Family Farms. Hand-picked produce, harvested at the peak of growing season, Morganically grown (organic methods with focus on balanced trace minerals). Produce varies by season.
